Sweat, Sip and Self Love is a free event, providing attendees with the opportunity to have a full mind, body and soul wellness experience.
We will first discuss and share tips for the mind to help everyone feel and experience more self love. Then we will engage in a yoga/pilates/body weight fitness class to strengthen and stretch the body.
We will end with natural, biohacking supplement samples and techniques that help to keep the body and mind young, on task and healthy from the inside, out. There will be time at the end of the event for further questions, making genuine friendships and mingling with others.
Jenna Hoffert is a fitness instructor, personal trainer and top leader within her global health and wellness team of entrepreneurs.
