Session length
Counseling sessions run 55 to 60 minutes. Reiki Brainspotting sessions are a full hour. First appointments may run slightly longer to allow time for intake.

Most major plans accepted for counseling
Holistic Awakenings is in network with the major insurance plans serving the Lehigh Valley. We handle the billing on our end so your sessions feel as effortless as possible.
If your plan isn't listed, or you're unsure whether your benefits cover counseling, just reach out. Our care coordinator will help check your coverage and walk you through any out-of-network options.
Please note that Reiki Brainspotting is self-pay only, as energy work and integrative modalities are not covered by insurance plans.

Knowing what to expect makes everything feel a little easier. Here's what to plan for.
Cancellation policy
We ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows are subject to a $150 fee, as that time has been held just for you.
Payment
Payment is collected on the day of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For sessions with insurance, your copay will be processed at check-in.
