Brainspotting
Developed by Dr. David Grand in 2003, Brainspotting is a focused, body-led therapy that uses where you look to access where you feel. Specific eye positions act as anchors to the brain regions that hold trauma, stuck emotion, or performance blocks.
It's especially powerful for material that talk therapy alone has yet to reach. Sessions often involve quiet inner work, with the therapist as a steady, attuned witness rather than a directive guide.
